Holiday Gift Idea #4 – For the Snow Bunny

Still getting your shopping done? Looking for one more piece of inspiration to keep you going and motivate you to brave the crowds or give you the patience to wait while a high-traffic retail site loads up? If you’ve got someone on your list who loves winter sports, then hopefully this week’s gift idea will help you out. This week we’re talking about a gift for the woman who looks forward to the first snowfall of the year because it means ski season is starting up (and how timely given the snowy weather that the eastern half of the U.S. has just been socked with). She may love hitting the slopes or the cross country trails, or she may simply love sipping hot cocoa inside the ski lodge while the rest of her crew braves the cold. Either way, a great gift for this gal could be a new ski sweater. And not just any old wool sweater, but something with a little pizzazz and fun to it. With this in mind, I’ve done some searching and have come up with some great options that I think would make any gal that much more excited to get out there in this winter weather.  So check out the sweaters below, and raise a glass of hot cocoa (spiked with peppermint schnapps if you’re lucky!) for a toast to the winter season. Enjoy!

Marli Sweater in Glowstick (Obermeyer – $99.50) – For the gal who wants to stand out on the slopes (or be easier to find should she find herself lost in a snowbank, hee hee).

Cheetah Top in Raspberry (Neve – $107.80) – If the snow bunny on your list has a bit of a “wild” side, this pick would be perfect.

Lexi in Snow (Neve – $151.80) – Is she a star on the slopes? Check out this option.
